Delivery

Account Customers: 

The freight charges calculated for your order will be based on your current arrangement with us. Please get in touch with your sales rep to get information on your freight rate.


Retail Customers: 

Orders under $100 - A flat rate of $8.50 applies nationwide and will be added at the checkout process.
Orders over $100 - Freight will be free.

 

Processing Times for orders

If the product ordered is in stock, then orders are normally dispatched from our warehouses within 1-2 working days and you should receive the product within 1-3 working days from the dispatch date. If out of stock, then it normally takes approximately 1-2 weeks for us to get the product delivered to you. For a more accurate ETA for your order please contact us on 0800 700 200.

 

International Orders

We are unable to ship outside of New Zealand.

 

Returns

If something you ordered is not exactly what you wanted – wrong size, colour not quite what you expected? No worries, just send the item back to us (to the return address listed on the packagaing) in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached, in the original packaging within 30 days and we will refund the original purchase price. If the item does not arrive in this condition, we may reject the return or apply a reasonable restocking fee/damaged return fee.

Please note, you must send the product back to us at your own cost in order to be eligable for a refund. Once we have received your product for exchange, we will send out the alternative product to you at our own cost. Please include the packing slip when you return your order for a refund/exchange if possible because it makes the process much easier and faster.  

Items purchased online cannot be returned at any of our dealers. They must be returned directly to us as outlined above.

We only accept returns for items purchased at www.workplacesafety.net.nz 

Refunds are usually made within 7 business days of your item being received at our warehouse.

 

WARRANTY

If you believe there is a fault with your item and you purchased them more than 30 days ago then please go to our warranty page for information on what to do.
